This 'No label' CD was sold by Ralph at gigs and via his fanclub. It features material from the Stanley's perfomance on 16th Oct 1966 at Bean Blossom, which had previously been released in part, on Ralph's Together For The Last Time LP. The CD is however much better quality than either the Rebel or Joy versions of the LP, but omits Boat Of Love which was performed by The Stanleys with Birch Monroe (Bill's Brother). The CD does however include several additonal tracks; and is free from the quiet but annoying delayed 'echo' of a few seconds, which can be heard on Together For The Last Time.

The Bean Blossom performance on 16th October 1966 was one of Carter's last appearances on stage, and this CD is from the afternoon show. The corresponding evening performance, which was recorded by Neil Rosenberg and Bill Ivey, can also be found on Stanley Series Vol. 1 No. 4.

Considering how ill Carter was at the time, the show is pretty good, and although his voice is a bit shaky in places, it is still far better than one might expect.

The CD artwork is reminiscent of the show's poster, which was reproduced in the booklet for Stanley Series Vol. 1 No. 4, and features comprehensive liner notes by James Alan Shelton.
