This is a reissue of the Keith Whitley & Ricky Skaggs - Tribute To The Stanley Brothers album that the band had helped to record in January 1971.
The artwork suggests that this reissue was probably released in late 1971/or 1972 as the photo taken by Ray Eggleston, was used on the Jessup Sing Michigan Bluegrass LP that they recorded on 30th August 1971. (Ray took other Jessup album covers, so I reckon the photo shoot was done at the same time as the Michigan recordings - and the band were in the same stage gear the following weekend at the Camp Springs Labor Day Weekend festival featured in the Bluegrass Country Soul film/DVD.)
