(King Bluegrass KB-413) 1975.
This 45 was mentioned in the Oct 1975 'General Store' section of 'Bluegrass Unlimited' which said that Larry had been in the studio in early September to finish off recording an album called 'Mountain Memories' with their latest single, Smokey Mountain Memories featuring Wendy Miller (mandolin), Mike Lilly (banjo & dubbed bass), Tommy boyd from Springfield, OH, and Ricky Skaggs who overdubbed three fiddles and sang on the trio.
The flip-side Lonesome Blues was taken from Sparklin' Bluegrass, which I think came out mid-1975.
The 'Mountain Memories' title became 'You Could Have Called' by the time the album was released the following year.
I haven't heard this single, so can't say if the version of Smokey Mountain Memories differs at all from the version on You Could Have Called.
