This CD-R was put together by Nathan Stanley and features an assortment of country/bluegrass guest vocalists, backed by CMB members.

Slightly different versions of 7 of the 12 'guest artist/song choices' were later released on the 'V/A - Constant Sorrow - A Tribute To Ralph Stanley' CD in 2014. i.e. Dad's Old Rocky Field - The Lewis Tradition; Master's Bouquet - Ricky Skaggs; Pretty Polly - Vince Gill & Rebecca Lynn Howard; Oh Death - Gene Watson; Katy Daly - Ralph Stanley II; A Robin Built A Nest On Daddy's Grave - Nathan Stanley; and I Just Think I'll Go Away - Jeff Bates. The extent to which they differ between the two releases is variable...

That leaves Drunken Driver - Don Rigsby; How Could I Dream Such A Dream - George Jones; I Am Weary Let Me Rest - Linda Davis & The Whites; a recitation Tribute To Dr. Ralph Stanley by Ben 'Cooter' Jones (of Dukes Of Hazard fame); and a long rambling spoken word Tribute To Dr. Ralph Stanley by Naomi Judd.

Several of the tracks also have short spoken word introductions by the guest vocalists.

Thanks to Steve Wisner for sending me a copy of this one!
