This was the second album by Josh Turner, a Nashville contemporary country singer. Ralph is featured on one cut, Me And God, which he later recorded on the Nathan & Ralph Stanley - He Suffered For My Reward CD.

Josh Turner's version, which is credited as "Featuring Dr. Ralph Stanley and Marty Roe, Dana Williams and Gene Johnson of Diamond Rio", is more uptempo and has shared lead duties between Josh Turner & Ralph. It was also released as a single and got to #16 in the country charts.[1]

In the liner notes, Josh says:- "I'd like to thank Dr. Ralph Stanley for being such a great model for me. I want to be singing at that age with as much zeal as he has. He's stayed true to his music and his fans and has influenced countless artists like myself. The first 'country' music I ever heard was Good Ole Camp Meeting Songs by The Stanley Brothers in my Granny's house. I have truly come full circle to be able to sing with Ralph on 'Me And God'. He's an American icon."

Josh later returned the favour by singing We Shall Rise on Ralph's Man Of Constant Sorrow in 2014.
