The version of In Memory Of Carter Stanley is an unreleased studio cut recorded for the Keith Whitley & Ricky Skaggs - Second Generation Bluegrass album, with Roy Lee Centers on banjo. The two rehearsal recordings Death Is Only A Dream and Step Out In The Sunshine probably were made as part of the Cry From The Cross recording session.

Presumably the modus operandi for releasing the Gospel and secular material seperately was to cater for those who prefer one or the other, like that adopted for the Saturday Evening / Sunday Morning release.

NB: (a) Ralph sings tenor and Roy Lee sings lead on the 1st & 2nd verse/chorus, Ricky Skaggs sings tenor and Keith Whitley sings lead on the 3rd verse/chorus.
