This was available from Nathan Stanley's website (now defunct) on CD (or CD-R?) but I never got around to picking up a copy...
As Nathan's releases were listed on his site in chronological order, it looks like the album was released circa 2006, and therefore probably is backed by the CMB line-up at the time, and if the other albums are anything to go by, Ralph will probably be on one or two cuts...
Inevitably this one is now difficult to find!
