This 45 was released from the Where The Sweet Waters Flow LP, presumably as a promotional tool to send to radio stations.
Copies seem to be quite hard to find, but both sides can be heard on the album... See that entry for more details.
Curiously the label credit on the 45 for Where The Sweet Waters Flow is listed as 'Larry Sparks', whereas the album version co-credits 'Larry & Bernice Sparks'.
