This is a film made at the IBMA annual 'World Of Bluegrass' event in September 1993, in Owensboro Ky. and gives a kind of introduction to bluegrass music, in all it's many different forms.

Ralph and The CMB's are featured, having won the IBMA award for 'Recorded Event' of the year for the Saturday Night / Sunday Morning album, and are seen performing Mountain Folks from it along with a short interview.

By the time of the festival, Curly Ray Cline had retired from the CMB's and Art Stamper had taken over on fiddle. Curly was however also recognised by the IBMA that year, being awarded a 'Certificate of Merit', along with Hazel Dickens, Jim Eanes and Dick Freeland.

The film was produced, directed and edited by Robert Mugge.

  • Ralph Stanley: banjo, vocals
  • Jr Blankenship: lead guitar
  • Jack Cooke: bass
  • Art Stamper: fiddle
  • Ernie Thacker: guitar, vocals
