This 7" EP contains four tracks from the Stanley's Old Time Camp Meeting album, and judging by how infrequently copies turn up on ebay, seems to be rarer than the earlier King EP releases.
The picture sleeve is printed in colour directly on the front card side, with the B&W rear sheet pasted onto the back.
All four tracks can now be found on The King Years 1961-1965 4xCD box set.
