This CD includes the Stanley's Nov. '64 version of Lord, I'm Coming Home that was originally released on the John's Gospel Quartet LP (and reissued as Stanley Brothers Of Virginia, Vol. 4 LP); and both Amazing Grace & Drifting Too Far From the Shore from the Dec. '63 sessions which were originally released as John's Gospel Quartet (and reissued as Stanley Brothers Of Virginia, Vol. 3: Uncloudy Day).
The other material, particularly the Don Reno & Bill Harrell tracks, are excellent with largely exquisite harmony vocals through-out. Great stuff.
